With over 30+ years of experience in sales, and management, Jose is an accomplished senior sales professional with success through national and international accounts. His responsibilities include AirFlo sales and new business development, management and development of strategic relationships. Jose began in the produce industry as a Produce Manager for Publix Supermarkets in the Florida region for 10 years. After moving to the Minneapolis area joined Target as a Merchandising Manager before becoming a Produce Specialist with SuperValu for 15 years. His responsibilities included merchandising solutions for SuperValu’s retailers, designing sets, planograms and introducing new products with strategic vendors. Results driven for growing sales for SuperValu and their retail customers. Jose joined the AirFlo team in 2010 as a Regional Sales Manager since then promoted to National Sales Manager with International responsibilities. Jose is fluent in Spanish and has been characterized as an excellent communicator and motivator; being innovative, resourceful, and persistent at achieving results; a hands on leader well able to guide, coach, and develop diverse groups to outstanding performance; a thorough professional committed to excellence in performance and sustained growth; and as possessing the highest business and ethical standards.
