Dave Brown is the Chief of the Automated Controls and Cyber Security Branch in the Hydroelectric Design Center, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He has been working as a Systems Engineer and/or Electrical Engineer on Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition and Energy Management Systems since 1982. He is a registered Professional Electrical Engineer in Washington State.
