Kevin Proctor is currently the Chief Operations Officer at discount grocer Save A Lot, where he oversees the areas of Retail Operations, Distribution/Supply Chain and New Business Development. Kevin has been the driving force behind Save A Lot’s recent modernization efforts and offers a unique perspective and extensive background in discount grocery retail. An experienced C-Suite Executive, Kevin brings nearly twenty years of experience working at the highest level within the retail industry. Before starting his career at Save A Lot in 2017, Kevin spent over sixteen years with European discount grocer Lidl, where he held various positions within the company in both operational and corporate roles including Chief Investment & Development Officer between 2007 and 2015. In 2013, Kevin was asked by Lidl to establish the retailer’s North American expansion plans before he left to become Chief Operating Officer at the Digicel Group in 2015. Kevin has also served on the Board of Directors of the National Grocers Association since 2018.
