Ellen McDermott has been involved in the fitness industry for many years as a gymnastics coach, trainer and yoga teacher. She has become interested and focused on preventing injuries in the trade professions since becoming more aware of them through her brothers work in the flooring industry. She will discuss common injuries on a wood flooring jobsite, safety equipment, and exercises to keep your body at peak performance.
