Michael has been actively working in EMS for over 30 years and is currently the EMS Manager coordinating program improvement, education and research regarding Cardiac Arrest, STEMI, Stroke and CPR in Schools for Alameda County. In addition, he is an EMS Consultant for Coastside Fire Protection District in Half Moon Bay and a Clinical Education Consultant for Stanford Children's Hospital. He also currently serves on the National Board of Directors for Take Heart America.
