Summer Fredrickson is the Director of Facilities for Red Robin Restaurants. She manages a team of 6 FMs, 3 coordinators and oversees over 460 locations in the US & Canada. She is a results oriented Restaurant Facilities Professional with a strong background in process and program development, financial planning, project management, IT and training, within in a multi-region environment. Summer believes in simultaneously driving for results and practicing excellent people skills in order to be an effective leader. She’s a mom to two children, Mackenzie 8 and Logan 6, and enjoys spending time at the beach, attending the kids sports events, traveling abroad, cooking and dining at chef-driven restaurants.
