Oren Wacht, PhD, EMT-P, is head of the bachelor degree for paramedics in the Department of Emergency Medicine in Ben Gurion University. He is also a paramedic in the Israeli EMS system and army reserve, an advisor to the Israeli ministry of health and a researcher in emergency medicine, EMS, and resuscitation.
