Chad Bulen is the Technical Service Director – Consumer & Construction Division at Bostik Inc. in Wauwatosa, WI. He has served on the NWFACP Inspector Certification Committee, the NWFA Problems, Causes & Cures Task Force, and is NWFACP certified in Inspection. Chad has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota, and a Master’s degree in Construction Business Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
