Jennifer joined the company in December 2013 after almost thirty years in finance and business development. The majority of her career was spent with Fulton Financial and Sterling Financial. Most recently, Jennifer was employed by Benchmark Construction where she created the Business Development Department. Her duties at Rhoads include overseeing the team responsible for energy product sales and marketing, developing customer relationships and building community relations. She works closely with school districts who are considering converting their diesel school bus fleet to propane educating them on benefits, costs and grant opportunities. As a member of the company’s leadership team, she assists with strategic planning, project management and acquisitions. Currently Jennifer serves on the board of the PA Propane Gas Association and Lancaster General Hospital Foundation and volunteers for various non-profit organizations. Previously she served on the boards of Lancaster Chamber and the Economic Development Finance Company. In 2015, Jennifer was named by Central Penn Business Journal as one of 25 Women of Influence.
