Tom Jennings is the VP of Member Services for World Floor Covering Association in Anaheim, CA. He also has been a consultant and Board Chairman for WFCA as well as a corporate trainer for CCA Global, and currently serves as the Board Chairman of WFCA Services, Inc. Tom stars in the WFCA video series “Selling More Than the Floor” where he addresses everyday sales challenges in the flooring industry.
