Ylonda Chestney is the Change Management Lead for the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) DATA Act Program Management Office (DAP). She has over 20 years of Information Technology (IT) and project management experience and is a certified Project Management Professional with a Bachelors in IT. Ylonda joined HHS DAP in April of this year, and brings with her experience gained at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and the Internal Revenue Service. Prior to joining the Federal Government, she worked in the private sector as a Management Consultant.
