Tim Moore is the Director of Technical Services for Moore & Neville Inc in St. Louis, MO. With over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry, Tim specializes in flooring inspections, testing, consulting, mediation, training and risk management services. He currently serves on the NWFA Certified Professionals Board of Directors and NWFACP Education, Appeal, and Symposium committees. Tim is an NWFACP Certified Inspector, Installer, and Sand & Finisher. He has earned the NWFA Vanguard and Ambassador degrees, and is an NWFA technical training instructor for the installation, sand & finish, and inspection schools and workshops.
