Benjamin Martin is an acting Battalion Chief in a large Virginia Metro fire department with over 18 years of service. In addition to operations, he also served in the training section of his organization overseeing recruit academy instruction. He is the operator of the popular leadership movement, EmbraceTheResistance.com. He is a PhD candidate in leadership, learning, and industrial psychology.
