Paul Pleshek is an independent flooring inspector for hardwood, vinyl, carpet, laminate and substrates. He is a certified inspector with the NWFA, ITS, IICRC and NALFA. Paul has been an inspector for 20 years and is owner of Floor Claim Solutions Inc., founding partner in the educational business Flooring Insights, two-term president of the National Institute of Certified Floorcoverings Inspectors, co-chair of the NWFACP Inspector Certification Committee, vice chair of the IICRC Hard Surface Inspectors Division, chair of the S220 Hard Surface Inspections Standards Consensus Body and serves on the Flooring Educational Guild Board, NWFACP Report Review Committee, NWFACP Hearing Committee, and NWFA Symposium Committee.
