Jane Fellows has a BSN and MSN degree from Duke University and received her WOCN training at Emory  University WOCNEP in 1993. She works as a Wound/Ostomy CNS at Duke University Health System and serves on the fecal and urinary guideline task force for the WOCN. She has years of clinical experience in managing fistulas in both acute care and outpatient settings. She has spoken across the country at local, regional and national meetings on fistula management including medication, nutrition and pouching management techniques.
