Pat Laff is a former home health agency Owner, Administrator and CFO. He has hands-on operational knowledge and expertise with all “backroom” clinical and financial functions and processes necessary to efficiently and effectively document and bill for home care services. He is considered an expert in the areas of fiscal and operations management, diversification and reorganization, budgeting, cash management and strategic structuring and positioning. He regularly conducts national and regional workshops and lectures. Mr. Laff served as the Vice Chair of the Advisory Board of the Home Health Financial Manager Association of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice for 12 years.
