Jolene Eicher is Practice Administrator for Advanced ENT and Allergy in Louisville, KY. Jolene is Past President and Member of the AOA since 1985 and currently a member of the AOA Leadership Council serving as Executive Advocate. Jolene’s practice implemented EMR in 2005. She is a member of Greenway Medical Technology’s Platinum Users Council which consists of best practice end users dedicated to the advancement of EMR.
