Klaas de Jong has more than 30 years experience in the field of combined heat & power. After developing several projects for Dutch utilities he broadened his field to district heating & cooling and biomass. He founded the Dutch and Flemish association for DHC called Warmtenetwerk and a Dutch project group on biomass CHP. For both organisations he organises seminars and study tours. Klaas de Jong is since 2008 managing editor of the Dutch Warmtenetwerk Magazine and publishes in Dutch and international magazines.
