Jim DerMinasian has 25 years of commercial real estate experience and is currently Senior Vice President directing Taurus Management Services, LLC the management division of Taurus Investment Holdings, LLC, an entrepreneurial international real estate investment company with over $2 billion in assets. Serving on Taurus Senior Management team his responsibilities include asset management and oversight of national property management and leasing. Jim has been directly involved in over $1.5 billion in investment and leasing transactions. His experience also includes transaction, asset and property management consulting services for multiple institutional investors and serving as Vice President of Asset Management for Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI), where he had asset management responsibility on over four million square feet of investment property, including an International BOMA TOBY Award winner. Prior to joining Prudential Mr. DerMinasian was a Senior Property Manager with Prentiss Properties, where he was responsible for operations of One Atlantic Center, a landmark 1.1 million square foot trophy Atlanta office property .
