Tom Klemm is a Senior Railroad Engineer with American Rail Engineers. Tom has been in the railroad industry the past 23 years, with the majority of the years employed on regional and shortline railroads. Tom started his career on Wisconsin Central, and has held a wide variety of managerial positions on 5 railroads. Tom is a registered professional engineer in the State of Minnesota. Tom is a member of AREMA Committee 18.
