Mr. Rosa is the Deputy Director for OSHA’s Directorate of Whistleblower Protection Programs (DWPP). He has over 29 years of experience with OSHA and has served in many roles during his tenure, including as an Assistant Regional Administrator for Whistleblower Protection Programs, a Compliance Assistance Specialist, and a Regional Supervisory Investigator.
