Patrice C. Wilmot is Chief, Cyber Services Line of Business within the Defense Information Systems Agency Ecosystem; one of eight Lines of Businesses (LOB). She is responsible delivering assured capabilities that support the warfighter by defending against vulnerabilities and exploitations that could compromise the DoD mission. Service areas include: Cyber Security Defense Service Provider (CDSP), Mission Partner Integration, Compliance Readiness, Vulnerability Management, Risk Management Framework (RMF), Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI), RMF Assessments, and Threat Management & Analysis. Prior to assuming her current position, Ms. Wilmot served as the Chief of the Cyber Services Division in the Services Directorate from January 2015 – January 2017. Patrice Wilmot began her federal career as a Computer programmer supporting the Worldwide Military Command and Control System (WWMCCS). During that period Ms. Wilmot developed programs controlling systems access; eventually increasing her responsibilities to become a systems administrator. When the Department of Defense migrated to the Global Command and Control System, Ms. Wilmot increased her responsibilities and became a Database Administrator. She later was promoted to the supervisor of the database team. In 1999, Ms. Wilmot accepted a position in Sigonella, Sicily. During this tour she accepted a promotion as the Deputy Director, IT Department at Naval Air Station Sigonella. Upon her return to the United States, Ms. Wilmot worked in the Computing Services Directorate as an implementation manager and was eventually selected as the Chief of Staff for the Computing Services Directorate. In 2004 her duties expanded and she was selected as the Chief Information Officer for the Directorate. During this time she consolidated the organizations administrative networks, lead the organizations shift to an ITIL framework and introduced portfolio management for IT systems.
