Saumil Gandhi has been with Microsoft since 2005 and currently serves as the director of human resources technology. In this role, Gandhi has established himself as a proven leader in the areas of talent management, performance management, recruiting, compensation, and learning and development at Microsoft. Under his leadership, Gandhi’s team has implemented a number of new programs to transform Microsoft’s HR, including implementing a new recruiting platform, a total rewards program, learning, succession planning, and more. Prior to his current position, Gandhi served as a group manager for IT and a lead project manager for employee experience at Microsoft. Gandhi is a graduate of Osmania University in India, and is a passionate volunteer and contributor to the Microsoft Giving Campaign.
