JJ’s 19 year experience includes, finance, accounting, internal and external audit, accounting and internal control systems, and regulatory compliance. JJ leads the Las Vegas office consulting practice, assisting clients with strategic system and operational initiatives, regulatory compliance efforts, development of Internal Audit departments, creation of anti-money laundering programs and risk assessments, mitigation efforts for Bank Secrecy Act/FinCEN examinations, and the facilitation of casino openings, with a focus on assisting operations with strategy, process improvement, and profitability enhancement.
