Michael Burchell, Ed.D., is an expert on workplace culture and employer branding. As an organization solutions expert, he provides advice in culture transformation, organization design, people analytics and top team development. Prior to his work at McKinsey & Company, Michael was a corporate vice president at Great Place to Work® Institute and co-owner of its affiliate operations in the Arabian Gulf. He also worked at W.L. Gore & Associates, Inc. in training and organizational development, supporting the enterprise’s operational excellence, leadership development and culture change efforts. Michael is also the co-author of The Great Workplace: How to Build It, How to Keep It, and Why It Matters, and No Excuses: How You Can Turn Any Workplace Into a Great One.
