Larry Chase is a 22-year veteran of brewpub brewing, most of those as a department of one. As a previous CBC speaker he has addressed cleanliness and quality, internship programs, and server training in brewpubs. He was a co-contributor to the BA's Beer Server Training Manual for Brewpubs and the BA's Cost of Good Sold Manual for breweries.
