Mr. Fisk has 35 years of experience in the utility infrastructure business, including conceptual design, permitting, implementation and commissioning. Domestic and international projects have ranged from small (2 MW) inside the fence combined heat and power (CHP) cogeneration facilities through large multi-unit combined cycle units with up to 2,800 MW output, as well as liquefied natural gas import terminal permitting and front-end engineering design. Mr. Fisk managed third party consultants and provided expert testimony in the permitting process for power and LNG projects. Mr. Fisk also has experience with first of a kind product introduction, with first load commutating invertor installation on GE single shaft machines and once through heat recovery steam generator application behind a GE frame gas turbine. Mr. Fisk’s project management experience includes implementation of the largest concentrating solar power facility in the world at the Ivanpah Site, peaking gas turbine power plants, cooling tower rebuild and landfill closures. Project fuels include nuclear, gas, oil and solar, with end products of electricity, steam, hot and cold water, process air and natural gas. Mr. Fisk has Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
