Katherine Jones is a shareholder in the law firm of Fisher Kanaris, P.C. in Chicago, Illinois. Katherine concentrates her nationwide litigation practice in construction litigation, products liability, professional liability and premises liability. Katie devotes a significant amount of her practice to representing owners, developers, general contractors, construction managers, subcontractor and architects in a variety of settings. She has effectively resolved cases both in state and federal court, as well in front of arbitration panels, in claims arising from breach of contract, project delay, property damage, personal injury, design defect, negligent misrepresentation and mechanics’ liens. Katie is a frequent lecturer on construction and professional liability issues and is currently serving as the Insurance Coverage Vice-Chair for the Defense Research Institute’s Construction Law Committee.
