Craig is Head of Future Energies at Atkins. The future energies business unit serves as the engine for growth and innovation for the Atkins Power and Renewables sector, focussing on new technologies, new markets and transformational growth. Craig’s previous roles include Engineering Manager and Owner’s Engineer assignments on various power developments including waste to energy schemes and running the Atkins Renewable Energy business. He has a keen personal interest in waste to energy and in the deployment of technologies that can help alleviate the dual issues of waste management and electricity supply in developing countries. Craig has been running our Renewables business for the last 6 months and is now about to take on the challenge of leading our new, Future Energies business unit. This business unit will be the engine for growth and innovation within our Power and Renewables business focussing on new technologies, new markets and driving the transformational growth that will be required if we are to meet our big goal of being a global power and future energies £100m business by 2020
