As the global leader of Research and Development for the Agriculture Division of DowDuPont™, Neal is responsible for leading all seeds and traits, crop protection, predictive agriculture and product development functions for producers around the world. Prior to working at DowDuPont, Neal held senior roles at Advanced Genetic Sciences and DNA Plant Technology Corporation. He served as President, CEO and Board Member of Mendel Biotechnology and currently sits on the CIMMYT Board of Trustees as program committee chair. Neal holds a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Yale University and a doctorate in biochemistry from the University of California, Berkeley. In addition, he is the named inventor on more than 30 patents and pending patent applications.
