Jamie Fullmer is dedicated to a powerful belief – that clear vision guides the leadership and development essential to fueling strong Tribal communities now and into the future. Fullmer Co-founded Blue Stone Strategy Group to provide business and strategy advisory services for “Indian Country” to support Tribal leadership, Tribal enterprises, and corporate entities working with Tribes. The company’s primary focus is on sound analysis and strategic planning for protecting Tribal sovereignty, economic growth, and stability. Fullmer served two terms as Chairman of the Yavapai-Apache Nation. His term limit in office ended in 2007. Jamie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Southern Utah University and his Masters of Social Work degree from the University of Utah. Fullmer began his career in the insurance industry in Salt Lake City, Utah and also spent six years there in the mental health industry providing mental health treatment services and crisis intervention. He returned to his homeland to become the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s Director of Health and Human Services prior to being elected as the Tribal Chairman, and was instrumental in starting his Nation’s health center and housing infrastructure development.
