Nestor Tezna, PMP, CICA is the Branch Chief for Accounting and Financial Compliance in the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) at NASA Headquarters in Washington DC. As the Branch Chief, Nestor leads Agency wide implementation for accounting and financial policy. Nestor also leads the development of procedures, standards, and guidelines to provide viable solutions to complex financial and accounting issues for all NASA management offices and centers.
