Chris Gabrelcik, president and CEO of Lubrication Specialties, Inc. (LSI) is one of the few people worldwide to hold both a Certified Lubrication Specialist (CLS) certification and also an Oil Management Analysis (OMA) certification. LSI creates problem-specific chemical solutions through the development of additives, lubricants and oils for automotive vehicles and equipment marketed under the company’s Hot Shot’s Secret brand. LSI began by providing lubrication solutions for top industrial and commercial accounts to ensure equipment operations, and now also provides turnkey product development services in the chemical category at the company’s headquarters located in Mt. Gilead, OH. Recently Gabrelcik was awarded the Smart 50 Award for Innovation by Smart Business Magazine.
