Commander



Will is the commander of the City of Richmond (VA) Police Department’s (RPD) special operations division. He is responsible for the security planning and oversight of all major events occurring within the City. For the past four years, he has been the primary Richmond planner for the UCI World Championships and was additionally responsible for organizing the City’s preparations for the May 2014 “test run” of the USA Cycling Collegiate National Championships. He has over 20 years with RPD and holds a degree in management information systems from Virginia Commonwealth University.
