Mukesh Nayak is the Sr. Director of Product Development at Scientific Games and heads R&D for Gaming Systems products that include Big Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Employee Mobile Applications, Promotional Kiosk and Digital Signage Solution. In his current role at Scientific Games, Mukesh is responsible for various aspects of gaming product development right from conceptualization & design to implementation. With over 12 years of experience in analytics and machine learning techniques, Mukesh focuses on building products that improve casino-resort efficiency and enhance player experience. These products have helped several casino operators utilize cutting-edge technologies to automate their marketing promotions, improve slot floor mix and drive incremental revenue. Before joining Bally Technologies in 2009, Mukesh worked at Manhattan Associates where he helped build Supply Chain Intelligence®, Manhattan’s flagship analytics product that focused on improving Retail Logistics efficiency.
