Nancy Case is a professional engineer who brings 20 years of experience in a variety of operational and leadership roles to the crop nutrition industry. She is currently the Vice President of Environment, Health and Safety for The Mosaic Company—a position she has held for the past three years. In her early career, Case worked at Mosaic’s Belle Plaine potash solution mine facility, where she held numerous engineering and management roles before assuming the role of Director - Health, Safety and Security for the potash business unit in 2013. In 2015, she was named General Manager for the Belle Plaine facility. Case earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Manitoba and her Executive M.B.A. from Queens University. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and was a member of the Executive Committee for the Saskatchewan Mining Association for several years.
