Pat is Parsons Vice President and Chief Engineer of Track Design. He is currently leading the track design on Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authorities Silver Line Extension beyond Dulles International Airport as well as leading several Class 1 Freight Railroad design build projects in the Mid-Atlantic region. Pat has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is a licensed Professional Engineer. Pat has over 27 years of experience in the design, construction and maintenance of rail systems. His career began with Norfolk Southern Railway. He has also worked for Amtrak, Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority, Sperry Rail Service and Houston METRO.
