Randa Shammet is a R&D Food Scientist working to bring various products to market from benchtop to commercialization. Randa believes in creating positive impact by continuously changing food systems around nutrition and sustainability. Randa has launched 12 products in recent years and has recently submitted a patent on an innovative food heating process. She is passionate about food and flavor trends and hopes to get a masters in the near future. Randa holds a BS in Food Science & Technology from the University of California Davis.
