Wil is currently the Texas Structures Manager for Parsons in Richardson, Texas. He received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in civil engineering from the University of Oklahoma in 1991 and 1997. He joined Parsons' in May 2008 after a 16 year career with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA). He oversees a growing structures group in Texas that has been involved in nearly $3.5B of successful APD projects over the last 8 years. He was Design Manager for both the DART Orange Line Extension project and the FWTA TexRail Project. His next challenge will be delivering the third segment of the HART Light Rail Transit Project in Honolulu, Hawaii.
