Tim O’Connor is a Captain in a combination department in New Castle County, Delaware. He has been in the Fire Service for 14 years and has held various positions up to and including Deputy Chief during that time. Tim is employed in a combination department. He holds a Associates Degree in Fire Science from Columbia Southern University and serves as an Instructor at the State Fire School.
