Kate Bravery leads Mercer's Global Practices Solutions for the Career business. Her role involves strategizing growth opportunities for Human Capital Consulting, bringing new products to market and supporting the business’ six professional practices; Talent Strategy, Mobility, Workforce Rewards, Executive Rewards, HR Transformation and Communication. Previously Kate led Mercer’s Leadership & Organizational Performance practice across Asia, Middle East and Africa, and before that she was the Human Capital Business Leader in Hong Kong. She has over 20 years’ experience in the Human Capital field across 4 continents with deep expertise in Talent Strategy, Leadership Development and the design of integrated HRM solutions. Kate commenced her career with American Express where she focused on new employee orientation and its impact on cultural integration. Her interest in cross-cultural leadership and decision making have been constants throughout her career. She is a UK Chartered Occupational Psychologist with an MBA and an MSc. in Organizational Psychology. She is passionate about helping clients achieve a talent advantage that equates to real business impact and personally appreciates the challenges associated with doing business and managing talent in growth market environments. Kate’s technical background lies in people strategy, design of talent management solutions, organizational development, performance and succession management systems, assessment and hi potential development, as well as and career architecture and job leveling.
