Chris Shugart Senior Vice President, Operations Chris leads Pattern’s operations and asset management team, which has the responsibility of ensuring the safe, reliable, and profitable operation of over 4000 MW of wind, solar, and transmission energy facilities across the globe. This role encompasses O&M, commercial asset management, EHS, engineering, and regulatory and environmental services. Chris has over 20 years of energy industry experience including management positions in operations, due diligence, technical services, project development, and project management. His experience includes development and management of transmission, wind, and gas-fired power facilities with Westinghouse, Calpine, Babcock & Brown, and Pattern. Chris has a BSME from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
