Mark Hatch is a Rail Bridge Engineer/Project Manager for HDR. He has over 8 years of structural design experience, the last 5 years focused on railroad structures. Mr. Hatch is an active member of AREMA Committee 7 – Timber Structures. Mr. Hatch has been the primary bridge design engineer for numerous projects involving steel, concrete and timber railroad structures. Mr. Hatch graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Engineering and from Washington State University with a Masters Degree. Mr. Hatch was a primary structural design engineer on several structures for the Illinois High Speed Rail Project for Union Pacific.
