Marc Cote is the Assistant Chief Engineer Structures for Canadian Pacific’s Western Canada Region. He is responsible for the maintenance, construction and inspection work on bridges, tunnels, culverts, and retaining wall projects from Vancouver, British Columbia to White River, Ontario. This work involves directing and overseeing professional engineer inspections, condition assessments, infrastructure asset management, and upgrade and replacement construction work to eliminate railroad service interruptions. Marc has worked for CP for 6 years and has over 10 years’ experience working as a structural engineering in the railroad industry. He is a registered professional engineer in three provinces and is a member of AREMA Committee 7.
