I earned my Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Insurance from the University of North Texas. While earning my degree, and after, I worked in the Commercial Explosives insurance industry for over 16 years. After my oldest son started school it became clear to me that my true calling in life was to do work to help support our children. In 2006 I quit working in the insurance business to stay home. I have been a PTA member in Keller Independent School District for 14 years and have served on a PTA board for 12 of those years. I have held 11 positions, sometimes on multiple boards at one time. These positions include president, parliamentarian, volunteer coordinator, membership, student leadership coordinator and more. Over the past few years my husband and I have started our own computer consulting business, though I still remain true to the 3 passions in my life: Being a mother to my 3 incredible children aged 19, 15 and 10, being a wife to my amazing and supportive husband and being a child advocate for all of our children.
