After completing his industrial engineering study in Germany in 2003 Juergen started working in the energy business. With >11 years experience with boiler and heater systems he has a deep understanding of the techno-economic and also market requirements for such systems. Juergen lived in Germany, Chile, England and Australia which contributes to his broad market understanding. In 2014 he completed a PhD on hybrid power plants and their potential role in the transition to a low-carbon future. Recently, he has joined ERK Eckrohrkessel in Germany as director for strategy and new products.
