Justin Francini Bio Justin Francini is a Risk Control Consultant with CNA. Justin graduated from Keene State College in 2008 with a BS degree in Safety & Occupational Health Applied Sciences. He works primarily with customers in the construction industry and is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer as well as a NUCA competent person instructor. In 2015 he became the SPLASH (Spa and Contractors Insurance Program) CAM (Commercial Affiliation Marketing) Risk Control Liaison for CNA.
