Evan Foster is a partner at the law firm Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr and a co-chair of the firm’s Cyber Security practice group. He advises vendors and buyers on legal issues involving technology, data privacy and cybersecurity. His practice includes providing advice on technology transactions, systems acquisition and intellectual property development. He also assists with matters involving security breach preparation and response, data privacy and cybersecurity litigation, as well as regulatory and internal compliance. His understanding of these issues is enhanced by his past experience as the founder of an IT consulting firm for small companies and as a business intelligence analyst. Evan also handles general corporate and commercial matters.
