Annelise Galaup is the National Director of Shared Services for FirstService Residential. Annelise has over 15 years of experience overseeing technology adoption in both the HR and Payroll. In her executive role she is responsible for leading FirstService Residential’s Shared Services team to deliver Human Capital Management services across the areas of Payroll, Taxes, Workforce Analytics and Human Capital Management, supporting 14,000 employees and over 100 HR Practitioners in North-America. Prior to joining FirstService Residential, Annelise spent several years as an HR and Benefits Specialist in both the United States and France. Annelise graduated from the Universite Paris Est - Marne-La-Vallee with a degree in Human Resources, and is fluent in both French and English.
