As Director of Intelligence and Analytics Science, Brian sets research strategy and priorities for leveraging The Climate Corporation's industry leading digital agriculture data to unlock new insights for improving farm productivity. He also leads Climate's Fertility Science research program aimed at developing models to help farmers improve nutrient management practices. Brian was raised on a fourth generation corn and soybean farm in Ohio. He received his BA in biology from The College of Wooster and PhD in biogeochemistry from Duke University. Brian currently resides in in the St Louis area with his wife and two daughters.
